Every Saturday (except those which coincide with tournaments), players are running for prizes as long as they sign up for the competition. And the best thing is that it is Stableford score system, which makes possible for higher handicaps to actual beat lower ones. The three biggest numbers in points during the day, get credits at the bar and Pro Shop (golf balls and other items). The credit is worth 30% for the first place, 20% for the second and 10% for the third, of whatever the club gets from a sponsor for that matter. The remaining 40% goes for small marketing actions. In addition, every month the players who participated in the Saturday Competitions run for a trophy and a Monthly Mug, a tradition getting started in our club. It is a customized mug with the name of the winner for his exclusive use, which is kept in the bar exhibited on a special display, for the exclusive use of the holder whenever they ask for a beer.
